Humpty-Dumpty

There he sat,
Atop a wall,
Staring at the setting sun,
When he heard him call.

"Hey Humpty,
What you lookin at?
All gloomy again,
Sad, cuz you are fat.

Oh yes, you are fat,
And they laugh at you,
When you walk past,
Call you the Egg don't they.

Suits you, I say,
You sure do look it,
All heavy, loaded in the arse,
With that puny little head of yours."

Humpty looked down,
He was fat, he knew it,
But what could he do,
He had always been so.

"Leave me in peace,
I do not need this right now,
Can't you see it hurts me,
Please just let me be.

Yes they laugh,
So let them laugh,
Fools they are,
It is best to ignore.

I could hit them, you know,
But that would not be right,
Mother says, violence does no good,
And she is always right."

"Ha ha ha, hit them,
You can't do that,
Not cuz mum says so,
But cuz you got no guts.

I challenge you,
Go hit one of those,
If not, just sit on one,
I bet that would do the trick.

Worthless, fool you are,
Cuz you make a fool of yourself,
And make me look stupid too,
Hiding behind mum."

Had enough, had Humpty now,
Red his face, filled with rage,
Fists clenched, ready to punch,
Stood Humpty, on the wall.

"Stop it, shut up,
Put an end to this gibberish,
Better than me, how's that,
What are you without me, Dumpty?

Go, die, drown somewhere,
Oh, but you can't,
You are no one,
You have no existence."

"No existence you say,
Want me to die, do you now,
Be that your wish,
That's how I want it to be."

And then it happened,
Slipped, flew, then hit the dirt,
The egg, cracked, mortally hurt,
Humpty-Dumpty had a great fall.

The Contract

"God, please have mercy,
You know this is not right,
It is in your power, to show justice,
Place her soul by your side."

"She chose the end herself my Son,
There is no way I can help her now,
She blemished her soul by taking her life,
The Devil has my vow."

I got down on my knees, prayed to Him,
But he would not listen to me,
Out of choices, I knew what to do,
I went to the Devil to plead.

"Hmmm, let her go,
Why, help you,
Give me a reason,
Enlighten me..."

And then I repeated,
All that I had said to God, pleaded,
While he sat there and listened,
Listened and then laughed.

"You think I care about all that,
I run a business here, I trade in souls,
Get all that are flawed, faltered when living,
And then make them suffer, do my bidding.

Alas! You have failed in reason,
Now if you can, give me a price,
Tempt me, make me consider,
And then I shall see, if this was worth my time."

"I have nothing else to offer,
I have just me, and I stand here,
I shall serve you with all I can,
I shall for-ever do your bidding."

"Oh, that is really tempting,
A God fearing soul at my disposal,
And you say you shall do anything,
Are you so sure about that, unconditional."

"Oh, yes I will, anything,
Please, just promise to let her go,
Let her rest in peace,
That is all I ask of you."

"Very well then, you shall have your wish,
As I shall have mine,
You belong to me now, and will do as I say,
But worry not, enjoy it, you just might.

I grant you eternal youth,
You shall never fade, never age,
But your heart shall no longer beat,
Cold shall be your touch.

Over come by lust will any woman be,
Once she has lay an eye upon you,
She will want you above anything,
Forbidden you are to feel anything but love and remorse.

Eternal damnation would await such women,
And you shall consume their sin,
Feast on their blood, while they lie helpless,
Bound by your charm.

Only then will they be forgiven,
Granted redemption for their sin,
While you sins forever multiply,
And you keep sinking in my debt."

The Guilt

"A sin, she has committed a crime,
A crime against the all mighty,
And she shall be damned,
Behead her, and bury her..."

"Father, please forgive her,
Only you can rid her of her sins,
She died because she loved me,
Please father...I plead."

"Plead not for the guilty son,
Earned a place in Heaven you have,
By fighting the holy war,
Let the devil have the sinners..."

And that was the end of it,
She had taken her life,
They took her body,
While I did nothing but cry.

It was I who was to blame,
I chose to fight the wretched war,
She waited for me to return,
Just could not take it anymore.

Dragul

There she lies, still,
Pale is her face, lifeless,
Dead, she indeed is,
And I, the instrument.

All her memories,
Dreams, feelings, emotions,
Become a part of mine,
As does her blood.

Lust brought her to me,
An intense wish to be mine,
Desire, she could not resist,
Not unlike those before her.

But I loved her, so very much,
That I had to rid her of life
Just as all the others,
And many more, yet to come.

Immortal I am, but hollow,
No wishes, desires, none,
Guilt, overflows, yet no pain,
Lingering on, I bear the bane.
